This plan clearly set out academic and social and emotional targets, success criteria and details of the interventions that would enable him to make the desired progress.

Lessons learnt and next steps

Details of the success of the actions and lessons learnt, including: whole school overall increase of 2.7 parts of a level progress in twelve months; need to intervene physically to keep children safe decrease by 60% and the amount of learning time lost to inappropriate behaviour drop by 40%. Parents are delighted and pupils are happier and more successful.
